Indonesian car price update

Harga Mobil Datsun. Nissan has re-launched the Datsun brand after 32 years was missing from the the automotive world. The Datsun re-brand was tagged by the launch of a 5-door hatchback, with the name of Datsun GO, in India. Datsun GO will be developed at the Renault-Nissan Chennai factory plant, India. In addition to the Indian market, the Datsun GO will be launched in Indonesia, South Africa and Russia.

Datsun GO uses a DOHC 1.2-liter (1198cc) engine with a 3-cylinder paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. This engine is claimed to produce a maximum power up to 68 PS and 104 Nm of maximum torque, up to now only the petrol engine that will be built.

Datsun GO  dimensions, 3785 x 1635 x 1485 mm with wheelbase of 2450 mm distance. With a long wheelbase is expected to provide stability when the car is driven. For the exterior, Datsun GO has a view that is quite sporty which is impressed with hexagonal honeycomb design on the front grille. However, the use of alloy wheels is not yet available for all variants.

The interior is roomy enough in Datsun GO and charming with dual tone beige shades, also available adjustable seats facility, rear seats, dash over silvered buttons, a docking system for smartphones, power steering, power windows, air conditioning. For rear rows passenger, there is a fairly spacious legroom that gives comfort in driving.

In India, Datsun GO will go on sale in early January 2014 with prices ranging at 350000-400000 Rupees (around average Rp. 66 million rupiah). If landed in Indonesia, the Datsun GO will follow government regulations regarding cheap car LCGC (Low Cost Green Car).
